Blueberry Pineapple Ginger Water Kefir Soda Recipe

Blueberry pineapple ginger water kefir offers a symphony of flavors, blending the tanginess of pineapple with the sweetness of blueberries and the subtle heat of ginger.


MAKES: about 4 cups


4 cups first ferment

1/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries mulled

1/4 cup fresh pineapple chunks or juice

5-10 pieces fresh or candied ginger pieces or 1 tbsp fresh ginger


Make the first ferment and leave the jar in a warm place for 24-48 hours.

Strain the grains and add the ingredients to your second ferment.

Seal up the swivel top bottle and leave it in a warm place for 24 hours for the second ferment.

Open slowly, strain and enjoy!


Refrigerate immediately. It can last there for up to 8 weeks before it turns to vinegar.
