Lemonade Water Kefir

With the much anticipated launch of our Lemonade water kefir, we have had a number of inquiries as to where people can purchase it. Unfortunately at this time it is only available in stores and restaurants in the East and West Kootenay’s. The good news, is that you can purchase your own DIY water kefir kit for and make it yourself!

It is as easy as 1…2…3!


1) Add 1/4 cup of lemon juice or a half of a fresh squeezed lemon to your second ferment (the tall green bottle).

2) Add the first ferment water kefir  

3) Leave it in a warm place and overnight you will have refreshing, fizzy, lemonade water kefir!



We love adding ginger too, as the flavor pairs beautifully with lemon, and it adds that amazing immunity boost!


Citrus is the most common immune booster, bringing loads of vitamin C, and is key for fighting infections and viruses. Grapefruits, oranges, lemons and limes are all perfect for adding a delicious tangy brightness to water kefir.

*FUN FACT! Your body doesn’t store vitamin C, so adding it to your daily diet is crucial to keep your immune system healthy and strong!
