I must say, trying something new is both challenging and intimidating but your success with fermentation is my mission. I know what it feels like to be intimidated by the word fermentation but know that your body will flourish once you get the process going. Hence the launch of Happy Gut. The foundation of the company was born out of my own frustrations with learning about fermentation. Once I got things figured out, a huge epiphany occurred when I realized that my mother, aunts, and grandmothers have been using fermentation for years and I had never really paid attention. I just ate whatever was put in front of me. I was so excited to realize that I had a wealth of old world recipes and advice-givers at my fingertips!
The fermentation health journey that we are about to embark on is so exciting. I have so much to share and teach you about getting back to the earth through living a healthy lifestyle, learning food skills and creative experimentation through fermentation. The first product launch for Happy Gut is water kefir. Even though water kefir is relatively unknown, I have seen a lot of changes in my own body and health since I began drinking it on a regular basis and I am passionate about the product. Nothing gets me more excited than when people ask me about what it is and what it does. I am so glad that you have come on board and I look forward to sharing a wealth of information with you!
