Fresh Orange Vitamin C Smoothie Recipe

FRESH ORANGE VITAMIN C SMOOTHIE RECIPE
MAKES: 2 servings
2 cups first ferment water kefir
1 large navel orange, or 2 smaller oranges, peeled or 1/2 cup orange juice
1 tsp vanilla
10 tbsp coconut milk
1 tbsp honey, adjust to your taste
- Make the first ferment and leave the jar in a warm place for 24-48 hours.
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed until smooth
- Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy immediately.
NEED TO KNOW:
Fresh orange juice is a great source of natural vitamin C.
You can substitute other citrus fruits you have on hand, like lemons and limes. Adjust honey accordingly.
