How can you go wrong with oranges, coconut milk and vanilla? This is as good as it sounds, and you get a hit of natural vitamin C.
ORANGE CREAMSICLE WATER KEFIR SODA RECIPE
MAKES: about 4 cups
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups first ferment
1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp coconut milk
3 pc. candied ginger
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Make the first ferment and leave the jar in a warm place for 24-48 hours.
- Strain the grains and add all of the ingredients except the coconut milk to the swivel top bottle with the first ferment water kefir.
- Seal up the swivel top bottle and leave it in a warm place for 24 hours for the second ferment.
- Open slowly, and add the coconut milk after you have poured it into your glass.
NEED TO KNOW:
Put some fresh orange slices into the drinking glass to multiply the orange flavour.
