🌿 Ingredients: Dehydrated strawberries, dehydrated rhubarb, hibiscus and cinnamon chips.
📦 Package contains 1/2 cup of ingredients, enough to make 4 bottles of 1L water kefir or kombucha beverages
To infuse 1L of your favourite fermented beverage:
- Measure 2 heaping tablespoons of package contents into a clean and sanitized swivel top bottle.
- Pour your fermented liquid into the bottle, leaving 1 inch of headspace from the lid.
- Seal, and gently shake the bottle upside down a few times to ensure the infusion ingredients are well mixed.
- Continue with secondary fermentation until desired taste is reached.
- Use a strainer to remove herbs while serving, and enjoy!
