Rhubarb Strawberry Smoothie
MAKES: about 2 cups
1 cup spinach
2-3 sprigs thyme
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 stalk rhubarb
1 tsp honey
1.5c first ferment water kefir
optional- 1 scoop of protein powder
- Make the first ferment and leave the jar in a warm place for 24-48 hours.
- Strain the grains and add the ingredients to the blender with the first ferment water kefir.
- Add ice. Blend and enjoy!
