Tequila Lemon Spice Water Kefir Cocktail
Tart, salty, sweet, hot, this is a delicious and elegant party in a glass. Nothing tame here – it’s taste tingling full-on flavour.
TEQUILA LEMON SPICE WATER KEFIR COCKTAIL
MAKES: 1 serving
1/2 oz. tequila
Himalayan pink salt
2 pc. candied ginger
- Prepare cocktail glass rim by rubbing it with lemon and dipping into Himalayan pink salt crystals, shake off excess
- Place candied ginger into the bottom of the glass
- Pour water kefir and tequila into cocktail shaker over ice and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds
- Strain and pour into glass
- Add lemon peel ribbon garnish
- Serve and sip
NEED TO KNOW:
Adjust tequila to your taste. If you’d like a spicier flavour, sprinkle lightly with cayenne.
