Typically health based stores carry it or you can find it in the herbal tea section of any grocery store. You can tear the teabag open and add the leaves to your water kefir recipe or you can purchase the flowers very reasonably online at Organic Matters.

Pregnant women should never drink hibiscus drinks because it could prematurely put them into labour.

Refrigerate immediately and it can last there for up to 8 weeks before it turns to vinegar.

This refreshing soda will give your immune system a boost of over 30 billion LIVE probiotics, magnesium, B vitamins, folate, vitamin K, electrolytes, enzymes, antioxidants and vitamin C.
