Fermented Nut Milk Creamsicle Smoothie

This creamy fruity smoothie will have you asking for more. Start with a fermented nut milk , which can be made with water kefir grains, add all the other fresh ingredients, blend and fall in love with your new favourite drink.
CREAMSICLE SMOOTHIE RECIPE
MAKES: about 2 cups
INGREDIENTS:
1.5 cups nut milk first ferment
1 large ripe peach
1 banana
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed orange juice
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 cup raw spinach
1 teaspoon agave syrup
3-4 ice cubes
Optional: a pinch of cinnamon and/or a scoop of your favorite protein powder or tablespoon of your favorite nut/plant butter!
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Make the nut milk first ferment.
- Strain the grains, and measure out 1.5 cups of first ferment for the smoothie recipe. First ferment can be kept in the fridge for up to 14 days.
- Add all ingredients to a highspeed blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass, and enjoy!
