Happy to support a BC business and these grains did not disappoint! The first recipe tasted a lot like ginger beer, delicious! The grains have already grown and multiplied in the first week. Looking forward to using these for all kinds of recipes.

I just tried the blueberry infusion this morning and found it very pleasing, in fact the nicest flavour yet. I’m new to kefir water so I’m trying a different flavour each time I make a batch. They are all good but blueberry is my most favourite so far.

I have never eaten or used elderberry before but I found it quite tasty and pleasant to drink. I think I will add just a touch more sugar next time as I feel it wasn’t sweet enough.

I am really enjoying my starter kit that I purchased last month. I have made 3 batches so far. I found the instructions very easy to follow and have just tried two of the flavouring infusion packages so far and fiend them quite tasty. I find my stomach a lot happier too.
