How Shipping Works

Sept 29 Update: We unfortunately cannot ship to United States at the moment. Please check back or sign up to our newsletter for future updates on when we can again. Canada Post is also striking at the time of writing this, so any references to them below are null as we will be shipping via courier.

We ship to the United States of America and Canada.

FREE SHIPPING is offered to the Continental US and Canada, where applicable. FREE shipping is currently offered on orders over a certain amount. Check our top announcement bar for current info.

Our shipping rates are generated based on your location. Add all of your items to the cart and before you checkout you will be given shipping rates to chose from. Our shipping couriers may include: Canada Post, FedEx, Canpar and UPS. After you checkout you will be given a tracking number for applicable items.

Single orders of Water Kefir Grains are shipped via Canada Post letter mail and will not have a tracking number. Shipping on single orders of Water Kefir Grains is FREE.

Canned Water Kefir Soda Drinks are only shipped between October-May, dependent on weather conditions. During the summer (between May-September) they are available for pick-up only at our Castlegar Warehouse. We may offer express courier shipping for certain months, and those orders would not be applicable for free shipping offers.

We offer Local Delivery for orders $80+ (2 or more canned drink cases) to the following BC cities: Trail, Nelson, Castlegar. You can choose this "Shipping option" at checkout.
