When you join her, you’ll have the undivided attention of a knowledgeable instructor who will guide you through each step of the fermentation process. In the past, she has taught fermentation classes where the students sat and watched. Not this time. This intimate setting allows for tailored instruction and the opportunity to address any questions or concerns you may have. Plus, you get to take home 8 different fermented creations at the end of the night!

But it’s not just about learning; she’s all about making fermentation fun! She understands that the best learning experiences happen when you’re engaged, inspired, and having a great time. That’s why her classes are designed to be interactive, hands-on, and filled with laughter, camaraderie, salsa dance music and taste testing of all of the ferments that you will be creating. You’ll get to roll up your sleeves, get your hands dirty, and truly experience the joy of creating fermented masterpieces.
