APPLE WALNUT SALAD RECIPE
MAKES: 4 servings
4 handfuls of washed, organic spring mix
1 cup toasted walnuts
1/4 cup of crumbled goats cheese
1 apple thinly sliced, we like pink lady
Optional: minced red onion and avocado slices
Make sure greens are washed. Divide portions among 4 bowls.
Top with remaining ingredients, and drizzle with water kefir vinegar blackberry vinagrette.
