We love the Blueberry Lemonade! As non drinkers, this is a great alternative but if you do enjoy additions, vodka would be great I would think!! π
Yes I have tried the Apple Spice Flavoring Infusion and I was a little disappointed as the flavour wasnβt quite as flavourful and spicy as I had thought it would be. Next time I use it I will just double the amount and see if that is better.
Happy to support a BC business and these grains did not disappoint! The first recipe tasted a lot like ginger beer, delicious! The grains have already grown and multiplied in the first week. Looking forward to using these for all kinds of recipes.
I just tried the blueberry infusion this morning and found it very pleasing, in fact the nicest flavour yet. Iβm new to kefir water so Iβm trying a different flavour each time I make a batch. They are all good but blueberry is my most favourite so far.
I have never eaten or used elderberry before but I found it quite tasty and pleasant to drink. I think I will add just a touch more sugar next time as I feel it wasnβt sweet enough.

I am really enjoying my starter kit that I purchased last month. I have made 3 batches so far. I found the instructions very easy to follow and have just tried two of the flavouring infusion packages so far and fiend them quite tasty. I find my stomach a lot happier too.

Ordered the starter kit and it is so easy. Started the ferment for 2 days, then 2nd ferment with the rootbeer kit. Hubby thought it was crabapple gingerale, I wasn't sure. 2nd and now 3rd batch I made Raspberry Lemonade. It is so good that I don't get a chance to even taste it and he has it all drank. Now it is an every 2 day job. Like I said why oh why? Will have to order some just for me and hide it way.
We love these and our kids came for a visit from Alberta and wanted us to bring 24 back! Would be nice to have a bigger discount if bulk ordering.

I bought this just because I wanted to be precise with my measurements and I figured that's what it was that they ship me no second guessing yourself I'm trying to mix the proper blend worked well
Just sitting back enjoying my first batch I did a peach with ginger nice and carbonated and I've got another batch that I just put in the fridge of blueberry and raspberry I think the best part is that you can do any flavor you want

Working on the first couple of batches and just getting to know our water kefir grains and their particular character. We have to work with reverse osmosis water so making them happy is taking some detective work but we're figuring it out I think.
Got off to a slow start due to a shipping issue. I was concerned that the live grains would be dead after over 2 weeks in transit but after pampering them for 2 days they are very lively indeed!
Have made some delicious drinks with the kefir grains!
