I recently had a knee replacement and after taking baby aspirin for a month to prevent blood clotting I began to get terrible stomach pain, which landed me in emergency. I have stomach gastritis and it hurts to eat especially in the first part of the day! I have been taking Orange/Cranberry Happy Gut every morning now for 3 weeks. (Nothing else) It replaces, the coffee and food I cannot have and is so satisfying. I look forword to it! Happy to say my stomach is slowly healing. Best medicine ever. :-)

We took the mixed case on a family/friend trip and everyone enjoyed the selection of flavours. Blueberry and Root Beer were the front runners! It was great to have healthy options on hand that also taste delicious. Not my first time buying Happy Gut by the case, and won't be my last :)

Love these things. I’m only a couple days we get to drink delicious and nutritious drinks. Wayyy faster and less involved than kombucha, and dare I say it tastes better!!!
I purchased the live water kefir grains. I'm on my fourth brew. I'm very happy with this purchase. I have been making Kombucha for a few years, however, this is so much easier and more cost effective and tastes better. Thank you.

Cranberry orange spice is my favorite and I stockpiled it so I could enjoy it after the season is done. 10/10 would recommend

I’ve ordered from Happy Gut a few times and they always deliver a great product. My first order had the fermentation set and they are used every time I make water kifer. I use pineapple juice every time and it’s delicious (I get it at Costco)

100% would not hesitate to recommend Happy Gut. The product and the team behind it are excellent. I hesitate to even share how much I've been able to interact with Leeza because she's been so helpful I don't want her inbox flooded! I will only say that the customer support has been well beyond what I expect, but is everything I could hope for. In addition to direct help, the periodic emails and blog updates give a lot of help.
Beyond the support, I have tried a few different Kefir grains over the years, and by far Happy Gut have been the most beneficial from a gut health perspective. The positive impact on my constitution was immediate, and far better than any other culture. I suspect this would be person-dependent, but for me HG is the answer.
Best $25 you'll ever spend, particularly if live grains are in season.

I learned about this product from a friend. The Q&As have been helpful. I haven’t experimented with the flavouring yet. I am on my third batch and still no carbonation. I am trying to see if this helps me with my IBS. Jury is still out and I will keep using the product. My only complaint is that I wish I had known how much of the sugar mixture was in the starter kit and how many bottles it would make. I live in Calgary and I hate having to pay for shipping. I would have ordered more with my first order. I believe in the process and health benefits.

This is the first time I ever made water kefir, I don't have anything to compare it to. I will be reaching out to ask questions on fizz level. I find my flavoured water kefir becomes flat. The dried fruit infusions don't work well in the swivel bottle, I have been grinding the infusions down to a powder in my magic bullet. It works better that way, I do have to strain when drinking the flavoured fruit infusion. The root beer one tastes medicinal, I won't purchase again, the blueberry one tastes similar to wine cooler. I'm enjoying the apple infusion. Thanks!
