Citrus Water Kefir Smoothie Bowl

New Year’s resolutions don’t have to be restrictive. In this case, this smoothie bowl is not only a healthy way to start the day, but is also totally delicious and satisfying too.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup grapefruit juice
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 3 tbsp First Ferment water kefir
- Unsweetened, shredded coconut
- Hemp hearts
- Chia seeds
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender, and blend until well mixed. If it is too thick, add more first ferment to your smoothie bowl mixture.
Pour into a bowl, and top with the coconut, hemp hearts and chia seeds. Add pieces of frozen fruit on top if desired.
