Probiotic Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

All of your favorite Fall flavours come together and make this delicious Pumpkin Spice smoothie that is full of live probiotics.
MAKES: about 2 servings
INGREDIENTS:
1 frozen banana
1 cup fermented coconut cream yogurt
2/3 cup pumpkin puree
1 tbsp real maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (we love Mexican vanilla like this one.)
1/2 teaspoon all spice
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon clove
*Alternatively you can purchase a pumpkin spice blend at most local grocers and add 1 tsp*
ice (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Prepare the fermented coconut yogurt
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed until smooth
Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy immediately.
NEED TO KNOW:
If this pumpkin spice smoothie is too thick for your liking add your favourite nut milk or water to thin it.
