Apple Maple Cinnamon Water Kefir Soda – An Ode to Canada’s Sweetest Flavours

When fall rolls around, few things feel more Canadian than crisp apples and pure maple syrup. This Apple Maple Cinnamon Water Kefir Soda brings those comforting flavours together in a lightly spiced, probiotic-rich drink that celebrates the best of the season.

Each sip is cozy yet refreshing β€” crisp apple juice balances the warmth of cinnamon, while real maple syrup adds a smooth, caramel-like sweetness that complements the natural tang of Happy Gut’s first ferment water kefir. The result is a fizzy, immune-supporting soda that’s perfect for cozy afternoons, holiday gatherings, or a nostalgic taste of home any time of year.

🍁Why You’ll Love This Recipe:

  • A celebration of Canadian fall flavours β€” apple, maple, and cinnamon
  • Contains live probiotics that support digestion and gut health
  • Naturally sweetened with pure maple syrup (no refined sugar)
  • Ready in just two days from start to finish
  • Makes your home smell like autumn magic while it ferments

πŸ’‘Brewer’s Tip:

Always open your second ferment bottles slowly over the sink, especially when adding fruit juices. Apple juice ferments quickly, creating extra fizz and carbonation. Store in the fridge immediately after the second ferment to preserve the flavour and keep the bubbles gentle.
