Concord Grape Water Kefir Soda – A Classic Flavour with a Probiotic Boost

If you love the rich, jammy taste of Concord grapes, you’re going to love this homemade Concord Grape Water Kefir Soda. Fermentation transforms the natural sugars of the grapes into a bubbly, lightly tart drink that’s as nostalgic as grape soda—only this version is loaded with probiotics, antioxidants, and natural nutrients.

Whether you mash whole grapes (skins, seeds, and all) or use pure Concord grape juice, the result is a fizzy, gut-friendly soda that’s both refreshing and nourishing. With over 30 billion live probiotics per serving, plus vitamins and minerals like magnesium and vitamin C, this recipe is a powerhouse for your immune system.

Simple to make and bursting with flavour, it’s the perfect drink to keep in your fridge for up to 8 weeks—though chances are you’ll finish it much sooner.

🍇 Why You’ll Love This Recipe:

  • Captures the bold, nostalgic taste of Concord grapes
  • Provides natural immune and gut support
  • Brimming with antioxidants and polyphenols for cellular health
  • Ready in just 48 hours with a simple two-step ferment
  • A fun, healthy alternative to store-bought soda

💡 Brewer’s Tip:

Always open your second ferment slowly over the sink—grape sodas can carbonate quickly! If you’re using juice, go for 100% pure Concord grape juice with no added sugars for the cleanest ferment.
