1/4 cup + 2 tbsp pomegranate juice

1/4 cup orange juice

4 cups first ferment water kefir

Nylon strainer, swivel-top bottle, glass jar, wooden spoon
Equipment
Directions
Make the first ferment and leave the jar in a warm place for 24-48 hours.
Add pomegranate and orange juice into a swivel top jar using a funnel.
Strain grains, and add the first ferment to the bottle with the pomegranate and orange juice.
Seal up the swivel top bottle, and leave it in a warm place for 24 hours for the second ferment.
Refrigerate until well chilled.
Open slowly, and enjoy!
