Ingredients

1 frozen banana

2/3 cup pumpkin puree

1 tbsp real maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (we love Mexican vanilla)

1/2 teaspoon all spice

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Alternatively you can purchase a pumpkin spice blend at most local grocers and add 1 tsp

Directions
