Raspberry Rose Water Kefir Soda

Type: Soda, Spring/Summer

Flavour: Fruity

Benefits: immunity, high-fibre, gut health

This Raspberry Rose Water Kefir Soda is almost too pretty to drink.

Almost.

Made with gently muddled raspberries and fragrant rose petals, this homemade water kefir soda has the most beautiful soft pink colour and a delicate flavour that feels elegant and refreshing. The raspberries bring a bright, lightly sweet berry flavour, while the rose petals add a gentle floral note that makes this recipe feel extra special.

I was lucky to grow up in a florist family, and roses were always my favourite. In fact, making rose bud vases was one of my jobs at the flower shop. I still remember being surrounded by buckets of flowers, the scent of fresh blooms, and the care that went into arranging every stem. I could do it in my sleep!

When it came time to plan my wedding flowers, roses and hydrangeas were the easy choice. Thirty-three years ago, my family put together one of the most beautiful weddings our town had seen. I felt so blessed. It was a floral extravaganza!

That love for roses is exactly why this pretty pink raspberry rose water kefir recipe means so much to me. It is floral, a little fruity, and just as special as those memories.

If you love homemade fermented drinks, this is such a lovely flavor to try. Raspberry rose water kefir is light, refreshing, naturally probiotic-rich, and perfect for spring, summer, bridal showers, brunches, garden parties, or any day when you want your drink to feel a little more beautiful.
