Strawberry Rhubarb Water Kefir Soda – A Springtime Sip That Loves You Back

There’s something magical about the return of spring. The sunshine, the blossoms, and of course, the fresh flavours. OurΒ Strawberry Rhubarb Water Kefir Soda captures the season perfectly, blending juicy strawberries with tart rhubarb to create a lightly fizzy drink that tastes just like sunshine.

This refreshing soda is more than just a tasty treat. It delivers overΒ 30 billion live probiotics per serving, along with magnesium, folate, electrolytes, enzymes, and immune-supporting vitamin C.

Water kefir with strawberries and rhubarb

Strawberries offer natural anti-inflammatory benefits and help reduce C-reactive protein levels, a key indicator of heart disease risk. Rhubarb adds a dose of fibre and antioxidants, supporting healthy cholesterol levels and blood sugar stability. Together, they create a powerful combination that supports both your heart and your gut.

After the second ferment adds a gentle sparkle, be sure to refrigerate your batch. It will stay fresh in the fridge for up to 8 weeksβ€”though it’s likely to disappear much sooner.
