Watermelon Strawberry Water Kefir Popsicles – Gut-Healthy Treats for Sunny Days
Yay, it’s popsicle season! When the sun is high and the freezer is full, there’s nothing better than pulling out a cold, juicy treat that you can actually feel good about giving your kids (and sneaking for yourself). These Watermelon Strawberry Water Kefir Popsicles are a delicious way to beat the heat and support gut health — all in one fruity bite.
Made with just three simple ingredients (strawberries, watermelon, and Happy Gut’s probiotic-rich first ferment water kefir) these popsicles are naturally sweet, hydrating, and packed with billions of live probiotics. Even better? Freezing doesn’t kill the probiotics, so every icy bite is just as good for your belly as a glass of freshly brewed kefir soda.
Strawberries are a source of vitamin C and antioxidants, and watermelon is ultra-hydrating thanks to its high water content and natural electrolytes. Blended with the tangy sparkle of our water kefir, the result is a popsicle that’s refreshing, nourishing, and totally kid-approved.
Whether you’re a parent trying to keep cool snacks wholesome or a fermentation fan looking for new ways to use your brew, these popsicles are a must-try. Just blend, pour, freeze, and enjoy. No refined sugar, no weird additives — just real fruit, live cultures, and big summer flavour.
