Apple ginger is a healthy combination that will you help you fight off unwanted sicknesses. This is a nice pairing during the winter seasons as the ginger warms your body. This recipe is our OG from our company inception in 2017.
APPLE GINGER WATER KEFIR SODA RECIPE
MAKES: about 4 cups
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups first ferment
1/4 cup fresh pressed apple juice
8-10 ginger pieces
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Make the first ferment and leave the jar in a warm place for 24-48 hours.
- Strain the grains and add the ingredients to the green swivel top bottle with the first ferment water kefir.
- Seal up the green swivel top bottle and leave it in a warm place for 24 hours for the second ferment.
- Open slowly, strain and enjoy!
NEED TO KNOW:
Refrigerate immediately.
