Ingredients

1/2 cup quick oats

1 cup boiled water

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

1/8 tsp nutmeg

pinch of sea or pink Himalayan salt

fermented oat milk

Optional: ½ tsp vanilla
Directions
Prepare fermented oat milk up to 2 days before making oatmeal
Add spices and salt to dry oats in a bowl, and pour in boiled water. Stir the mixture well and allow to set, about 3-5 minutes.
Top with fermented oat milk to your liking.
A 1/2 tsp of vanilla also makes a lovely addition.
