Pear Ginger Water Kefir Soda

A sparkling winter sip with soft sweetness, warm spice, and holiday magic.

There’s something so elegant about pear in the winter — soft, floral sweetness paired with the cozy warmth of ginger. This week’s Christmas recipe brings those flavours together in a sparkling probiotic soda that’s both refreshing and comforting.

A little edible glitter gives the drink a subtle festive shimmer (because why shouldn’t your ferments sparkle during the holidays?). It’s light, crisp, and absolutely beautiful poured into a glass — a perfect drink to share at gatherings or enjoy quietly by the tree.

And of course, it’s made with Happy Gut water kefir, bringing all that Joy On The Inside that we're obsessed with this season.

✨ Why You’ll Love This Festive Ferment

  • Light, crisp sweetness from winter pear
  • Warm ginger spice that feels grounding and cozy
  • Naturally fizzy, festive, and full of probiotics
  • Sparkles beautifully with a pinch of edible glitter
  • Perfect for holiday gatherings, mocktails, or quiet evenings by the fire
