Strawberry Water Kefir Salad Dressing

Strawberry Water Kefir Dressing: A Probiotic Twist on a Spring Classic

Fresh, fruity, and bursting with live probiotics, this Strawberry Water Kefir Dressing is the ultimate way to brighten up your spring salads. Made with Happy Gut’s water kefir vinegar recipe as a base, this dressing doesn’t just taste amazing, it’s good for your gut too.

Ripe strawberries bring natural sweetness and a beautiful blush of colour, while a mix of balsamic and water kefir vinegar adds a tangy complexity you won’t find in store bought dressings. Blend in your choice of heart-healthy oils like olive, walnut, or avocado, and finish with honey or date syrup for a silky-smooth finish.

This probiotic-powered vinaigrette is perfect over a spinach salad with roasted hazelnuts, goat cheese, red onions, and fresh berries, or drizzled over grilled chicken and veggies. Smooth, and full of flavour, it’s spring in a jar!
