I wanted to leave a review after using the kit for about a week and after being treated so well by the HappyGutPro staff. We had a small issue with the courier as our delivered family sized kefir starter kit was smashed up and only about 1/3 of the order was intact. This had nothing to do with the way it was packaged but just total neglect on the courier's end. Upon receiving the package I contacted them and received a response almost immediately directly from Leeza herself! She was very understanding and immediately shipped out a replacement package free of charge (including shipping). The staff at HappyGutPro is highly recommended and their customer service is second to none. We really appreciate your integrity and value your tips and helpfulness through email. From our first attempt we have been making water kefir successfully without issue. The supplied candied ginger and sugar allowed us to flirt with water kefir and understand the process. We did use pineapple juice as recommended and have had a ton of fizz very quickly. Thank you Leeza and your amazing staff - we will be back very shortly for flavorings and extra accessories.
