This organic formula of goji berries, clove, rose hips and fennel eases bloating and helps digestion.

A delicious balance of spice and berries. This infusion not only tastes like Christmas, but can relieve the stomach upset that often follows over-indulgence. Tart rose hips and aromatic fennel also shine in this digestive blend.

Package contains 1/2 cup of organic goji berries, cloves, freeze dried cranberries, rose hips and fennel.

This first-of-its-kind product makes it easy to quickly flavour your second fermentation. No more shopping for specific ingredients. We did that part for you!

Enough to make 4 1L bottles of water kefir or kombucha beverages.

To infuse 1L of your favourite fermented beverage:

  1. Measure 2 heaping tablespoons of package contents into a clean and sanitized swivel top bottle.
  2. Pour your fermented liquid into the bottle, leaving 1 inch of headspace from the lid.
  3. Seal, and gently shake the bottle upside down a few times to ensure the infusion ingredients are well mixed.
  4. Continue with secondary fermentation until desired taste is reached.
  5. Use a strainer to remove herbs while serving, and enjoy!

I am a huge fan of this tummy-pleasing infusion. The packet I got a ton of fennel in it (which made me happy) and the cranberries are fun to eat while enjoying this drink. Plus it is a pretty colour :)

I have fallen IN LOVE with the Goji Clove Flavour Infusion! We make many different flavoured water kefirs for our clients and I’m sure that this one will too the charts! So much flavour and I adore the nutritional benefits of not only the water kefir but of these new infusions! So excited to try the other flavours!
