All the fizz and functionality of water kefir, brewed for you and ready to sip! These come in a case of 12 canned drinks. Please note that because this is a live product and not processed soda, the strength of the flavour and fizz may vary per can due to the natural fermentation process of water kefir.
We ship our canned drinks from October 15 to April (dependent on weather) as these canned drinks contain live cultures and transport better in cooler weather. During the warmer months, they can be picked up at our Castlegar warehouse, or ordered for local delivery.
This product contains live probiotic soda made with fresh pressed juices. A refreshing drink filled with enzymes, vitamins and minerals. It is caffeine, dairy and gluten free. Do not shake, keep refrigerated. Each can is 355 mL / 12 fl oz and has 8g of sugar (except for Blueberry Lemonade which has 10g of sugar).
Common bacteria: Lactobacillus brevis, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus hilgardii, Leuconostoc mesenteroides, Bifidobacterium species.
Notable yeasts: Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Dekkera anomala, Zygotorulaspora florentina

Lemon Ginger
A perfectly fizzed balance between sweet and tart flavours thanks to the warm ginger and sunny lemon juice. This live probiotic beverage is the classic combination to make your gut happy. Ingredients: water, water kefir culture, cane sugar, lemon juice, ginger juice.
Lime Mint
Grab your umbrellas… not for rain, for cocktails! Enjoy the refreshing tartness of Lime Mint water kefir to make your day brighter, and your gut happier. Ingredients: water, water kefir culture, cane sugar, fresh mint, lime juice.
Root Beer
The taste of your childhood, but without the stomachache. Ingredients: water, water kefir culture, cane sugar, herbs & spices (wintergreen leaf, sarsaparilla root, star anise, cinnamon bark, licorice root, fennel seed, crystal malt and vanilla).
Blueberry Lemonade
A perfect spring-summer-fall functional beverage to sip on the patio (or anywhere). Bring that pleasant feeling from being in nature, to inside your body with this delicious twist on a classic taste. Ingredients: water, water kefir culture, cane sugar, blueberry purée, lemon juice.

I enjoyed 2 of the 4 flavours but that’s not to say someone else would like the ones I didn’t care as much for.
I love to keep several cans of Happy Gut tucked in my fridge for those times I want something fun but without alcohol. The light fizz makes it the perfect refreshing beverage with dinner after a day out in the garden.
We took the mixed case on a family/friend trip and everyone enjoyed the selection of flavours. Blueberry and Root Beer were the front runners! It was great to have healthy options on hand that also taste delicious. Not my first time buying Happy Gut by the case, and won't be my last :)
