Build-Your-Own Probiotic Smoothie Guide

Ease into your morning with a refreshing and nutritious smoothie. The best smoothies are created using the ingredients you have on hand. This smoothie guide will provide you with the ratios to create the perfect smoothies. Each combination provides a nutritious boost, probiotics for your gut and vibrant colour for your soul.

Step 1 – Chose 2 Fruits/Vegetables

We suggest using frozen fruits and vegetables to achieve a proper consistency.

1 cup berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

1 orange, peeled and sliced

1 banana, peeled

1 cup pineapple

1 cup peaches

1 cup mango

1 cup cherries

1 carrot

1/2 cup cucumber

1/2 cup zucchini

Step 2 – Choose 1 Green

2 cups spinach

1 cup kale

1 cup romaine lettuce

Step 3 – Smoothie Boosters. Choose as many as you like.

1 teaspoon matcha

1 tablespoon flax

1 tablespoon hemp hearts

1 tablespoon chia

1 teaspoon maca

1 teaspoon açaí 

1 tablespoon honey

Step 4 – Choose 1 Liquid

1 cup fermented nut milk

1 cup fermented coconut milk

1 cup fermented coconut water

1 cup water kefir first ferment

Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender, and blend until well mixed. If it is too thick, add more liquid to your smoothie mixture.

Pour into a glass, and enjoy!
